Cod and Haddock come from the same family, Cod is larger than Haddock. Both come from Iceland and are delicate and mild in flavour with a firmer texture. Both are found breaded and deep-fried in many “fish ’n’ chip” joints but can also be baked, poached, sauteed or grilled. A popular frozen item is the "Potatoe 'n' Cheese" crusted Cod.
